I'm Dead.

Today...
 I died.

Seriously.

Would you like to hear how? I'm sure you would.

This afternoon while cleanse-ing(?) my disarray of a house I stumbled upon a happy meal toy that my nephew had neglected to open. Being the curious self that I am was... I opened it up desiring knowledge as of what was inside. That was my first mistake. Seconds after revealing what was inside I placed it on my face (last mistake) and died.  What was revealed to me in the mirror was just SO COOL that I died of complete awesomness. End of story.

Here are some photographs of the culprit.

Does this fridge make my nose look big??

Laughing at my abundant sense of humor I sent a picture similar to the last one to my parents and I asked my Dad the same fridge question... his reply was utterly
awesome! Here's how it went...

me:: "does the fridge make my nose look big?"
Father:: "your nose makes the fridge look small..."
me:: *sigh* awesome.

What a magnificent life I lead.
I thought I'd brighten up your day and send some love your way!

Postscript:: Sorry the pictures aren't as great quality, my camera has gone M.I.A. and I had to use the webcam on my computer. oh well. what's done is done.
Post.Postscript:: I took these pictures and wrote this post after I willed myself alive for a few minutes so I can share the joy with all of you. the end.

Our cute pup Foxie

I came across this video of my little Fox and I just had to share it. No matter where we are in the house if you say, "Foxie, ready to go?" she'll instantly run to the nearest door. She LOVES going outside and she especially loves driving in the car with the windows down. Haha this video is of her waiting to go outside. Everything about Foxie is something to love. She has gotten SO fluffy and SO snuggly! I miss her SO much and can't wait to have her back... but for now I'll just sit here and watch this video over and over again :) ENJOY!
Haha after this we had no choice but to take her outside because, well, just look at her! haha to cute. Well that's all! Off to spend some time with the hubby!

Happy Belated Pioneer Day!

It was Pioneer Day on Saturday! In case some of you didn't know ;) It was a sad morning but a great night! Saturday afternoon-ish Holly and Ricky came to pick up the boys. I hated seeing them leave and when they did my house seemed so empty and quite. I miss their bright little spirits and their cute laughter brightening and warming up our house. I miss reading them a million bedtime stories and asking Jaxs if my oatmeal taste good to have him say, "Yeah... Um not not really." haha They say the cutest things and I just can't imagine my life without them, or any of my nieces and nephews for that fact. It's crazy how much joy one little person can bring to your life! I'm lucky to not only have SO MANY great nieces and nephews but to have some right around the corner! I think more than not I take it for granted. Well... Clenece, if you need me to babysit ANYTIME I'm just around the corner! lol Well, back to Pioneer Day... After the boys left I mopped around the house for a little bit wondering what I should do with my time until I decided to make a little bow to go in my hair that matched my skirt that I made. A little bit after I started Blake proposed we run to the store to pick up some food for our family dinner at the in-laws house! We brought rolls and cinnamon butter! YUM! Around 5:30 we showed up to Scott and Lynells house where we had a wonderful dinner! Filled with steak, salad, corn, fruit, rolls, lemonade, and yummy key lime pie afterwards that Clenece made. Gran and Grandad even joined us for dinner! After we ate we waited for it to get dark when we went outside and lit some fireworks!! The best parts were the sparklers! Eventually we ran out and we called it a night! But I enjoyed every minute of it! Thanks to all of my great family for making each and every holiday something to look forward too!

Boys came down for a visit!

Last Wednesday my two handsome nephews came down and stayed with Blake and I until Saturday morning! We spent most of their time here swimming or *whimming* as Jax would say. When we weren't whimming we did some baking, read some books, built a killer fort, went to the splash pad, indulged in some Wendys, named a lizard, watched some movies and had breakfast in bed! I had so much time chasing my two little bundles of joy that my house seemed utterly empty when they left. But as my sister has said, they will be making lots of trips to Vegas which means lots of weekends spent with my boys! Here are some pictures of all the swimming and fun activities that took place this past week!
At the pvth swimming pool.
Jax watched Thomas while Jayden played with my phone
Blake found a little lizard outside and brought her in for us to see
We named her Lizzie the Lizard, we took pictures and
then we let her go back outside.

Jaxtons cute little face is just priceless in this picture. He was posing for me when one of the "sprinklers" came on and startled him!

At the Washington City Center Swimming with the Neighbor kids.

This is what the Washington Center looks like, sorry it's dark I snapped it on my way out.

Our awesome fort!! To cool for aliens!

All in all I had such a great time with the boys! Even though it was a little bit frustrating at times I would still have them back in a heart beat!! I also loved watching Blake play with the kids! He was always making them laugh and helping them out. I love seeing them interact with each other. I can't wait to one day have my own little tykes to build forts with and teach how to swim!... One day :)

Well that's it for tonight! Will post more tomorrow!!

Thanks Mom!!!

I'm in love. Since I've been back from Orem I have been busy busy. I have a new crush, she makes me laugh, and smile, she makes me very frustrated at times and other times she makes me happy extremely happy! I'm with her all morning and all night. She is my temporary best friend (other then Blake). I wake up every morning wondering what were going to do next. Her name is Bernina and it is love!
As soon as I got home from Orem I ran to a spare bedroom and claimed it my new craft room! I set up her table and then oh.so.delicately place her in her rightful spot. After a few days and many hours of cleaning and organizing I had
my craft room! Oh how I love it!
I love having something to keep my hands busy with! The wonderful thing about sewing is that there is SO much stuff you can make! In my case even if I don't like the finished project I'm still happy because hey, at least I finished it! So far I've only made 2 time consuming things (more on those in the next blog) but I still love them and I'm very proud of the end results. Oh how lucky I am! I'm also very lucky to have such a supportive husband. He's so awesome when it comes to me and my crafts. He doesn't complain because I spend all day in my new room OR when I decide to stay up til 6 am blasting my music working on my latest project. He always asks to see what I've made and he's always there to tell me I did an awesome job, (even when we both know I didn't lol). I love him for letting me do my own thing :). Anyways, that's my room right now hopefully I'll be able to improve on it somewhere in the upcoming near future! wouldn't that be awesome!? I'll post soon what I've made! Got to get some good pictures! Enjoy for now!

New Toaster and a bag

Blakes' Mom gave me some great deliciously great jam that she made!
I am obsessed with it! The only problem is... I didn't have a toaster :( and we all know jam is supposed to go on toast. So without further ado Blake and I went out and bought one! YAYYYY!!
It toasts bread like a charm. We still had some gift cards from when we got married so we used one at JCPenny. After we got the toaster we still had 2$ left on the card so Blake let me get this wonderful eco-friendly bag made with 89% recycled cotton!
It's big and durable. I love the colors and it's perfect for holding towels, drinks and sunscreen for those trips to the pool! Ahh, the simple things that make life great.
Now it's time for me to go make some toast with some delicious jam and call it an afternoon. Take care! Will post soon with my some information and pictures of my new craft room and my new dress! Stay tuned.

Tiki Party!

On Friday my sisters had a Tiki BBQ. It was WAY fun! The girls and I made a bunch of decorations

There were hamburgers and lots of fruit, soda, and chips, volleyball, badminton, and we even played a few rounds of mad gab.
Poor little Foxie wanted to come outside and eat everybody's food. But no, her terrible Mom put her inside so she wouldn't beg. Of course she didn't stay in the house too long, I mean look at that little face. Makes my heart melt every time!
All in all it was a great success and I was glad Blake and I were able to make it!

Orem

So much has happened the past couple weeks! I got home from Orem last Thursday, as great as it is to be  home and sleep in my own bed, I will always miss my family. But the time spent up in Orem was not wasted. I had a great time seeing my parents, my brothers, my sisters, and even some great friends! Blake and I arrived in Orem Thursday night around 11:00. The drive wasn't to bad, he drove the first half and I drove the last half. By the time I hit Nephi I felt like I couldn't get there fast enough! My Fox was so happy to see us and I was even more happier to see her. MY little sidekick. Friday there was a party at my sisters, on Saturday Mick, Mands, Amanda D, Blake and I went and saw Despicable Me! Such a cute movie! We spent a lot of time hang out around the house on Sunday and then Monday I went on a lunch date with my best friend Kinzy! We went out to eat at this little chinese place, where I had some great beef, then we went to the mall and got some shopping done! I got 2 shirts, and 2 pairs of pants all for under $15! Oh how I love good sales! Blake also had to go back to Orem he had a job interview he couldn't miss. The next day I went to Olive Garden with my friend Emily who I haven't seen since almost Jr. High. It was so great catching up with her. It's good to here all of the great things she is accomplishing in her life! It's sad that we became so distant and lost contact when we both went to separate high schools but it was GREAT being able to reconnect!! LOVE YOU GIRL!! After we ate we were gonna go see Despicable me (again) because she hasn't seen it and I loved it but some things came up and I wasn't able to go :( Hopefully next time right?! Tuesday night I went to my parents house to spend some time with them. Oh how I love my parents! Being married gives you a whole different perspective on life. I appreciate both my parents so much more now that I am married and i know will appreciate them EVEN MORE when I have little children of my own. I don't know how my Mom got up every morning and made 7 amazing sack lunches for all us kids. I can barely get myself to make a mezzly pb&j for me haha. Anyways, we talked and got to spend some great time together. Wednesday my parents took me to Wingers and then we went and saw How to train your dragon. Because I love that movie just SO much! The next I drove up to Manti with Mick and Blake picked me up. I feel like my time home was so short but I enjoyed every minute of it! I can't wait to go back, hold my Foxie, receive my hugs and laugh with my family once more.

Here are some pictures from the trip. Not much because I was having lots of camera difficulties :s
I know it's blurry but she just looks so darn cute!

Well, Stay tuned for my next post coming later today!

….?!::

While Blake and I were heading home the other day we thought we’d drop by a car dealership that had a car Blake and I really wanted. We’ve been there multiple times but we thought we’d stop by to see how much the dealer would lower the price of the car for us. After he told us his final price Blake and I headed to the bank to get a loan. After a loooonnnnnngggg gruesome process (and a lot of help from Scott and Lynell) Blake and I finally had it all settled and... we… GOT A CAR!!! My excitement was seriously dangerously peeked as we drove our beautiful 2009, blue streak metallic, Toyota Corolla Sport to Orem!! Blake and I decided to take turns driving haha you know, he’ll drive the first half and I’ll drive the last half type of thing, I could NOT wait to get behind the wheel! Time wasn’t going by fast enough haha! We plan on having our car until it’s pretty much dead so it was nice getting the newer model of the Corolla. The inside of our Corolla is SO spacey and roomy! So kids {{when they come along}} will fit quite nicely in the back and I can stretch out big in the front. The miles per gallon is great compared to my V6 truck and it’s SO much smoother! All in all we are very satisfied with our purchase! Everything about our new car is perfect! Well that’s all for now! Enjoy the picture of our beautiful car! Think of a name and leave a comment!

The Thompsons go to the Splash Pad::

The other day Gigi, Clenece, Amber, Matt, Blake, Me and all the kiddos went to the Splash Pad! It’s this little place is Saint George that is made for little kids; It’s like a little stream with a bunch of big rocks and some little waterfalls. This place is so perfect and busy! Mckenna, Eric, Kaden, and Brooklyn were all having a blast playing in the water and running around I couldn’t help but steal a few of the precious moments with my camera! They were such good sports for posing and cheesing for me. There are a lot but I couldn’t stop myself. [Stay tuned for my bench Monday picture from the splash pad :)]

Ashlyns cute little chubby feet! Love!

Mckenna is such a pretty little model

(Blake making sure Kaden and Eric get to the car safely lol)
After the Splash Pad we went to Marv’s to grab a bite to eat. Blake and I got grilled cheese sandwiches, a banana shake and Piccadilly chips! so.yummy. Once we finished eating we said our goodbyes and went out own ways lol [a.k.a home] I was supposed to be leaving to Orem on the 7th but Blake said if we left on the 8th then he would come with me! So I couldn’t help but wait, he has my heart. Later that last night we all (Papa and Nick included) met up again at Pirate Island for some pizza and a few arcade games! Overall it was a great day and I enjoyed every minute of it!!

P.S.{{There is a good chunk of the story that I left out but I will write about it in its very own post, because I believe it deserves its own post!}}
